SURFACE PAINTING
Aluminum alloy housing:
1. Shot blasting and special antiseptic treatment on the aluminum alloy surface.
2. After phosphating,paint with RAL5010 blue or silvery white paint.
Cast iron housing:
First paint with red antirustpaint,then paint with RAL5010 blue or silvery white paint.
Housing: Alu dia casting from size 25-90
Iron Casting from size 110-150
Worm: 20CrMnTi with carburization to 58-62HRC
Worm wheel: Bronze CuSn 12-2
Ratio from 5-100 (Single kit),300-5000(Double kits)
